This film is a bit violent. Profane Language is used throughout the Movie. There are Scenes with Alcohol Drinking, Drugs and Both Cigarette and marijuana Smoking within the Film. The Suggested viewing age for this film is ages 12 and up.  Most kids would be able to watch and understand this movie at those ages. I am warning you because I know how easily kids can get scared and how impressionable they can be. I have provided an alternative movie for those younger viewers, “Shark Tale”.  The discretion of age is entirely up to you.

Shark Tale

Underachiever Oscar (Will Smith) is a pint-sized fish with grand aspirations. When mob-connected great white shark Frankie (Michael Imperioli) is accidentally killed, Oscar concocts a story with Frankie’s peace-loving brother Lenny (Jack Black) that it was he who murdered the shark. Suddenly hailed “Sharkslayer” by his aquatic brethren, Oscar has bigger fish to fry when Frankie’s father, mob boss Don Lino (Robert De Niro), dispatches his henchmen to track down his son’s killer.

Grab your Fish and Chips. Pour a cold Glass of your favorite drink but Make sure your Harpoon is handy. Be sure to, Keep your feet out of the water. For tonight we sail to Amity Island to help Hunt down a Killer Great White Shark. Tonight, we will need a Bigger Boat, to take on “Jaws”.

Martin Brody is the new police chief of Amity, an island town somewhere in New England. He has a wife named Ellen, and two sons named Michael and Sean. On a Summer morning, Brody is called to the beach, where the mangled body of Summer vacationer Chrissie Watkins has washed ashore. The medical examiner tells Brody that it could have been a shark that killed Watkins. Mayor Larry Vaughn, who is desperate to not lose the money that will be brought in by 4th of July tourists, wants Brody to say Watkins’s death was caused by a motorboat propeller instead of a shark, because the thought of a shark in Amity’s waters would drive tourists away from Amity.
